Yes. All our programmes are delivered through a state-of-the-art virtual learning environment (Moodle Cloud) with live sessions hosted via Meetn, interactive content, peer-to-peer collaboration, and self-paced modules.

7. How do I apply and enroll?

Apply via our website. Once accepted, you'll receive login credentials and access to your onboarding materials through the Student Portal.

8. Is financial aid or a payment plan available?

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans and discounted rates for students from select countries and partner organisations. Scholarships may also be available.

9. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes. You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment if course materials haven’t been accessed. Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Will I get a certificate?

Absolutely. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a verifiable digital certificate. For qualifying programmes, you’ll also receive a Professional Diploma.
