By enrolling in any course or programme at Roegate Institute, you agree to abide by our academic, ethical, and conduct policies. All learning materials are licensed to individual learners and must not be shared or redistributed without written permission. Roegate reserves the right to amend course content, schedules, and faculty assignments at any time. Breach of terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Students who cancel their enrollment within 7 calendar days of payment are eligible for a full refund, provided they have not accessed course materials. Cancellations after this period may incur a 25% administrative fee. No refunds are provided after 21 days from the start of the programme. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Roegate Institute upholds the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, fabrication, collusion, or cheating in any form is strictly prohibited. Students must submit original work and appropriately cite all sources. Violations will result in disciplinary action, including possible expulsion. All assignments may be subject to plagiarism detection software checks. We offer academic writing support to help students understand ethical scholarship.

🔒 Data Protection (GDPR)

Roegate Institute complies fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect and process only the necessary personal data for academic administration, support services, and certification. Your information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
